CallCustodian provides telecommunications services, including phone number provisioning, call forwarding, call recording, and AI-powered transcription services for personal and professional use.

3. User Obligations & Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, specifically including laws regarding the recording of telephone conversations.

  • We provide automated recording notice and tools to support compliance; you remain responsible for using the service lawfully, including providing any necessary notifications to call participants as required by law.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, fraud, or unsolicited telemarketing.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

  • Fees: You agree to pay the monthly subscription fees as advertised (e.g., $20/month) and any applicable usage overage charges.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallCustodian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
